A spacious single-level townhome with 2 baths. The large master bedroom has a king bed and it's own gas fireplace, TV, and a private door to the extended patio. The 2nd bedroom features a mahogany sleigh queen bed and comfortable desk, with a computer and a dial-up Internet connection. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and a TV. This condo also has roll-aways for the extra guest when needed. The kitchen is surrounded by a counter top bar with chairs for eating and relaxing next to the dining area and spacious living room. The living room views are of the Moab Rim cliffs as well as the La Sal Mountain Range and an open alfalfa field across the fence.

Bedrooms are more than function, king master bedroom and bath are very attractive and the fireplace will have you taking those extra minutes in bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed with comfort and privacy, Bedroom three is the kids haven, bunk beds and a single futon. A full bath is right there for both to share. Two car garage, for cars and bikes, toy storage all rounded out with a very large gated patio, fountain, and grass unlike all the other private patios. Spacious, relaxing and Internet. What more can you ask. This condo is very nicely appointed and newly decorated in 2007. The master suite has a unique cedar post king bed frame crafted by a local furniture maker. Bedrooms two and three have queen beds. This unit is great for three couples traveling together or a small family looking for comfort and style. Living room and master bedroom each have flat screen TVs with DVD players. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have either a flat screen TV or a large screen TV in them as well. Great views of the red rock cliffs from the gated patio. You cannot go wrong choosing this unit for your stay in Moab.
